The Mylooking company will be happy to continue collaborating with you, so we will always try to improve our service, therefore we recommend to take a look to your contract and to the following:
- Indicate the street name and the number of your chalet / mobile home
- Indicate the date of cleaning of your chalet
- ATTENTION: it is necessary to select the available time slot in which the cleaning will be performed and then inform your guest of this time.
- ATTENTION: the cleaning will not be performed if your guest occupies the chalet / mobile home in advance so in this situation the service will be canceled.
- The linen rented at Mylooking is arranged in advance in the chalet / mobile home and must be left inside the chalet / mobile home (therefore it is not necessary to bring it to the reception).
- Inform your guest that dish washing is not included in the cleaning of the chalet / mobile home.
- I also inform you that the presence of pets during the stay implies an increase on the cost of cleaning of € 20 to be paid in advance.
